Partnering with us provides your organisation with an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the young people you support. By connecting them to inspiring mentors and a structured development programme, you’re helping shape their future and supporting them to become active, engaged members of the community.

We’re looking for schools, youth clubs, and community organisations across England that work with 16- to 17-year-olds who are underserved or face challenges such as discrimination, poor school attendance, or mental health struggles.

Our mentors are everyday adults from the local community who are passionate about making a difference. They come from diverse backgrounds and professions, giving up their time to provide guidance and support. Every mentor is thoroughly vetted, trained, and committed to helping young people unlock their potential.

We carefully select mentors from diverse backgrounds and train them to provide the best support to young people. All mentors undergo safeguarding checks, comprehensive training, and are equipped with resources to ensure they can guide mentees effectively.

Once you sign up as a partner, you’ll refer young people who could benefit from the programme. We’ll handle mentor recruitment, training, and matching, while keeping you updated throughout the process. Your role will be to help us support and encourage these young people along their journey.

We want to make this very light touch for our partners. All we ask is that they refer suitable young people into the programme and are on hand in case there is ever a safeguarding concern. 

As a partner, your organisation will be recognised for its involvement in a national initiative, receive ongoing support and resources, and build stronger ties with the community. You’ll also have the chance to connect with other like-minded organisations and be a part of shaping a brighter future for young people.

Young people will have the opportunity to build confidence, set personal and community goals, and gain valuable life skills through mentorship. The impact goes beyond the programme, as they come away with practical experience, evidence for their CVs, and a sense of achievement that can inspire further growth.

We are accepting mentees onto the programme from October 2024 to March 2025. Community organisations can join at any point within this period; however, spaces are limited, and we want to ensure that all mentors and mentees have enough time to complete the six structured meetings and get the most out of the experience. To make a lasting impact, we encourage partners to get involved as early as possible.
