Goal 17 are proud to announce that they will be working with RL100, Europe’s leading peer network for senior in-house resourcing leaders, to implement an exciting new Mentoring Programme. This partnership will see both organisations committed to developing the best future talent for the resourcing profession.

RL100, Operated by The Recruitment Events Co, are committed to creating a positive change in the world of resourcing. The organisation aims to elevate the standard in the industry at all levels, whilst raising the profile the profession. As a testament to their pledge to lead the industry they have engaged the services of Goal 17 Ltd – an innovative training company recognised as delivering the UKs leading mentoring training and programme development services.


Why Mentoring

With 72% of younger workers wanting mentoring at work, research has shown that providing future leaders with a well-trained mentor is one of the most effective strategy to help them progress their career and prepare them for the most senior roles. It is also the best way to elevate a more diverse and inclusive workforce. RL100 are already delivering a fantastic training programme for future leaders, the mentoring programme that Goal 17 will design and implement is set to provide the participants with the support they need to further put this training into action.

Benefits to the Mentors

It is not just the aspiring leaders who will benefit from the mentoring programme. Volunteer mentors from across the resourcing industry will receive Goal 17’s award-winning mentor training and get the opportunity to be ‘reverse mentored’ by some of the most inspiring young minds in the profession.
