These programmes bring together women from across the football industry.

They are launched by Women In Football and delivered by Goal 17 Ltd.

This programme is being managed by Goal 17 - the UK's leading mentor training provider. You will get access to their award winning Mentor and/or Mentee Training which has been developed in partnership with Oxford Brookes University (the academic World Leaders in Mentoring) - you may even apply to receive a university certificate at the end of the training.

The training will teach you all the essential information you need to build a successful and time efficient mentoring partnership. Goal 17 will be on hand throughout the programme to support you as well and guide the group of mentors.

We appreciate your time is very valuable so this programme has been designed to be very time efficient. All mentoring will be conducted remotely over video or voice calls as follows:

• Complete some basic online training (max 2 hours) before a launch call. Further training is available throughout the programme for added support.
• Attend a short Launch Event webinar
• Conduct monthly Mentoring Meetings that should last around 30 to 45 minutes (extra meetings may be scheduled by the mentoring pair if both parties are in agreement)
• To complete an entry and exit survey and be willing to be involved in future promotion of the mentoring programme (which will be designed to help raise the profile of the Mentors and Mentees as leaders in the industry)

Typically the mentoring programme will last between 6 and 9 months. Mentors and Mentees can choose to extend this time if they both wish.
