An aspiring leader from the Resourcing Industry who is part of the RL100 Accelerator Programme.

We have identified 10 of the brightest young minds from across the industry and will be supporting them through a 3 month development programme to help raise them up. Your mentoring will give them added support to fulfil their potential

This programme is being managed by Goal 17 - the UK's leading mentor training provider. You will get access to their award winning Mentor Training which has been developed in partnership with Oxford Brookes University (the academic World Leaders in Mentoring) - you may even apply to receive a university certificate at the end of the training.

The training will teach you all the essential information you need to build a successful and time efficient mentoring partnership. Goal 17 will be on hand throughout the programme to support you as well and guide the group of mentors.

We appreciate your time is very valuable so this programme has been designed to be very time efficient. All mentoring will be conducted remotely over video or voice calls as follows:

• Complete some basic online training (max 2 hours) before a launch call. Further training is available throughout the programme for added support.
• Attend a 30 min Launch Event webinar with the following schedule:
  • 11am to 11:30am Launch call for mentors with Goal 17 facilitators
  • 11:45am to 12:30am First remote mentoring meeting with mentee
  • 12:45am to 1:15pm Mentors Facilitated feedback session with Goal 17 facilitators.
• Conduct monthly Mentoring Meetings that should last around 30 minutes (extra meetings may be scheduled by the mentoring pair if both parties are in agreement)
• To complete an entry and exit survey and be willing to be involved in future promotion of the mentoring programme (which will be designed to help raise the profile of the Mentors as leaders in the industry)

This initial programme will last 3 months. We will be asking for just a small commitment each month and know that you will get vast amounts of benefits from being involved.
