An RL100 Member or Alumni - they are likely to be a senior authority in the industry and have volunteered to support you.

We appreciate your time is very valuable so this programme has been designed to be very time efficient. All mentoring will be conducted remotely over video or voice calls as follows:

• Complete some basic online training to help you get the most from the programme (around 30 mins) before a launch call. 
• Attend an initial mentoring meeting lasting around 45 minutes on 3rd July 2020
• Attend regular Mentoring Meetings that should last around 30 minutes (extra meetings may be scheduled by the mentoring pair if both parties are in agreement)
• To complete an entry and exit survey and be willing to be involved in future promotion of the mentoring programme (which will be designed to help raise the profile of the Mentors as leaders in the industry)

This initial programme will last 3 months. We will be asking for just a small commitment each month and know that you will get vast amounts of benefits from being involved.

We are asking for all prospective mentees to register their interest asap. Goal 17 will be in contact to match you to a suitable mentor and help get you started on your mentoring journey.
