We have a fantastic new opportunity for an Administrator who is enthusiastic, well-organised, and enjoys making a real difference to people’s lives.
As an Administrator you will play a key part in maintaining records, coordinating meetings, supporting communications, and helping the Trustees run this charity smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
ď‚§ Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, managing emails, and responding to enquiries.
ď‚§ Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
ď‚§ Assist with financial administration, including processing payments, paying invoices, and expense claims.
ď‚§ Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents.
ď‚§ Support the annual grant application processes by preparing and maintaining documentation.
ď‚§ Liaise with trustees, applicants, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
ď‚§ Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
ď‚§ Perform any other administrative duties as required by the charity trust.
