Invisible Walls CIC at HMP Five Wells supports prisoners, their Families and Significant others (FASO). This includes supporting FASO during social visits, promoting family ties during imprisonment, supporting FASO by signposting to community services as well as facilitating prisoner and FASO interventions. IWCIC welcomes support from volunteers as this enhances our service, reaching out to those who are in need. Before starting as a volunteer role at IWCIC at HMP Five Wells you will be required to undergo DBS clearance, SSCL clearance and G4S vetting. This can take up to 3 months and a valid Photo ID is required. Full training will be provided and a minimum of 8 hours per month is required. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
