This role will suit people who either want to work in the voluntary sector and are looking to gain experience or those who have the experience and want to apply their skills in a voluntary role.
What will you do? The role will support our fundraising team in both the office and via outreach work to secure vital funds for the organisation. These are the types of things you might be asked to do whilst volunteering within a project.
• Work with the Office staff to undertake administration tasks like data entry and research.
• Support the HR function of ECHO, assisting with policy and form updates, recruitment processes and wellbeing programmes
• Help keep ECHO SharePoint up-to-date and assist with social media as required

What can you expect?
Training and support – All volunteers attend least 4 initial training sessions, taster days and the projects and regular welfare meetings with activity and volunteering co-ordinators. There are yearly training event and social get togethers.
