Most mentoring programmes and other learning initiatives teach good theoretical skills and perhaps involve a level of class room based role-play. This rarely however, fully prepares the delegates to be able to implement these new skills into the workplace.

We like to think of it as 'extreme mentoring'! By pairing each corporate client with a homeless young person, who we are simultaneously supporting with our charity partners, our trainee mentors get real life experience that stretches them outside of their comfort zone. Participants return to the work place with a new perspective and resilience ready to take on challenges and build an inspiring culture to positively impact bottom line results.
