WHO ARE YOUNG CARE LEAVERS
Aged between 18 and 25 these young people have had a pretty challenging start to life, spending much of it in the care system. They often face unique challenges as they navigate their way through adulthood, such as finding stable housing, accessing education or employment opportunities, and essential life skills. However, they have shown incredible resilience and now as they are taking steps towards building their future.
